I bought a jar of this at the Headcorn May fayre. I had a tiny sample on a stick. It is a really powerfully flavoursome honey. This might seem like a waste to some people but I have porridge every morning and I use a tiny bit in there. It helps set me up for the day! It’s not cheap but you don’t need much of it as it is such a beautifully strong flavour. Delicious!
